Hi!
I am a fifth-year PhD Candidate in Political Science at The University of Chicago. I study comparative politics with mixed methods.
My research focuses on the political economy of development, state-citizen relations, local politics, and sustainable development policy. Across these areas, I am interested in how localized, lived experiences of the state and its international partners shape political engagement.
I am also a Senior Graduate Fellow at the Chicago Center for Teaching and Learning, where I develop pedagogical resources and programming to support graduate student teachers within the social sciences and across the university community.
I currently hold a MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago (2021) and a BA in International Affairs & Geography from the George Washington University (2019).
